Cool Restaurant on one of old streets just next to City Hall. Through day we serve mostly menu of the day. I take responsability of the desing and printing of the menu. I worked from 12h until 16h then I take break and at 19h I came back to serve dinners. Mostly at 21h was restaurant full and we served at 14 tables from Card and Tapas as well. Here I learnt more about Spanish wines.

My first Job in Barcelona. Restaurant is situated next to plaza Catalunya on corner Passeig de Gracia and Carrer de Casp. I had no perfect spanish at all but during six monts in this restaurant I become fluent spanish and learnt more about catalan language. The work was simple. I got my rank of six or five tables in various spaces in restaurant and served from 13h until 16:30 then from 19:30 until 01h. Clients was mostly during day local from offices around and through the night turist, so I have been able use all languages which I know. After six months in this restaurant I decide to try my ability speak spanish in different restaurant.

This Job I arrange by email from Cologne. I came to Spain from Germany without knowing anything about Spain or knowing language. For me personaly that was oportunity to learnt last language: Spanish. I had just few words such as Large beer, small beer, thank you.. But I was lucky to find a girlfriend with basic english and we interchange both languages and when I went to island Menorca I have been able to understant and speak better then before. With boss I spoke in english and with working personal I get better day per day in conversation. Every day I learnt new words and slowly become better level of knowledge this language. During writing short messages to my girlfriend I get better in writing in spanish.
Toro negro was a classic Steak House restaurant in holiday destination. with huge terrase where we serve for 250 people mostly at one time. My oportunity was to prepare terrase and later on served all plates and served properly paellas and châteubrian. I had contract as an Food Runner or in spanish:" Ay. Camarero", but after two monts of work I find out that for same job other person from Canary Islands in same position get 500Eur more than I. The company have not been able to higher my salary so I decide to find job in Barcelona and return to live there.

Company is registered in Basel with docks in Nijmegen (Holland), Shiping between Amsterdam (NL) and Basel(SUI). In Prague I answered announce in internet and when they call me they explain that the company need staff immediately . In three days from first contact with the company I went to Amsterdam , where I meet the contact person and we follow by train to Nijmegen where I get on board. There was Multinational workin staff and as a official language we use only english, partly Dutch so I've become some basics words too, but in fact I was little a bit disappointed cause for 7 days of work , then one day off, from morning 05h untill 01h with break from 16H until 18h they paid only 800 eur. There was five star servis at table but cause very bad salary I get off the ship in Cologne and arrange job in Spain where I went later on.

With better offer I moved from Stare Casy to Restaurant-Café St. Wenceslas ( U Svateho Vaclava). To get job in this restaurant helped my knowledge of languages, knowledge of servis on table and bar, loyality and responsability to the restaurant. Here I become course of two months of preparing cafés. In this rest. company provide various acts to motivate staff for a better sales and providing better service for a clients. Such as courses of communication between waiter's and kitchen, courses of preparing cafés or coctails. In January 2007 I was awared as an Best Salesman of the month.

In historic downtown of Prague just one street below Wenceslas square is restaurant called Stare Casy ( english: Old Times) with traditional czech and international kitchen. As an Waiter I had oportunity to serve on outdoor terrase (25 places), in restaurant inside (40 places) and in non-smoking restaurant in basement ( 80places). My job was on Bar to prepare all drinks and cafes, on table to take order and provide excelent servis. In this restaurant we become every day a groups of turist from Japan from 20 pax until 70 pax. During a year I become some basic words in Japanese.

When I went to UK I got only basic english and was a difficult to get a job. Finaly I start working in one local discotheque in Shoreditch between Liverpool Station and Old Street Station. I start with as an cleaning staff but shortly when I had better ability to speak and understant I become position as an Bar staff. After few months I have been able to speak and clearly understand and parallely with job in Spiral Stairacase I worked in other chillout club Joiner's Arms on bar. In Spiral I worked Friday to Sunday then I went to Joiner's and worked there from Monday till Wednesday morning. Thursday and Friday I have been studying in London Institut of priting and Distributive Trades design. Partly in free time I helped in Mile End Road Restaurant situated on Mile end Road. During my time in England I become language and new experience on bars. Cause my girlfriend cooperate with Britsh Council as an freestand Artist and my hobby photography when I become offer to work for British company in SouthWest France as an photograph I quit my standing in England and went to France. At least to try my ability working as a Real Estate Photograph and learnt french language.
